Olivier Giroud admits he is annoyed by this at Chelsea
Olivier Giroud has admitted that he has been frustrated not to have
scored more goals for Chelsea Football Club since his move from Arsenal.
The French striker has been getting used to life at Stamford
Bridge after having left the Gunners to sign for the west London side
in the January transfer window.

The 31-year-old was deemed to be surplus to requirements at The Emirates by Arsene Wenger after having struggled to hold down a spot in the first team for the Gunners this season.
Giroud opted to move to their London rivals in order to try and hold down a regular starting spot in the first team at Chelsea FC ahead of the World Cup this summer. And the striker admits that he has been frustrated to have only managed to score one goal for the west London side since his move.
Giroud is quoted as saying by Metro: “I am happy with my adaptation, the welcome I received, the relationship on the ground with my team-mates.
“I should have scored more goals. In terms of statistics, I am very attached to this, I remain stuck at one goal and three assists in five games [Premier League appearances].
“It is sure that it is not enough. But in any case, overall, it’s very encouraging. In time I will do it.”
Giroud will be hoping to feature for Chelsea FC when the Blues return to Premier League action after the international break with a crunch top four showdown against Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are currently in fifth place in the Premier League table as they bid to try and break back into the top four before the season is out.
