Fernando Torres names best player he ever played with in his career
Former Chelsea forward who is famous at the Blues end as the scorer that took Chelsea to the 2012 UEFA Champions League final in Munich recently announced his plans to retire from the game in August. He names the best player he has ever played alongside with in his career and Blue fans will not believe it.

The Spanish striker announced on Friday that he will retire from football in August, after an impressive career which has spanned 18 years and winning the famous European trophy with Chelsea in 2012.

He was also a part of Spain's 2010 World Cup winning squad, and scored the winning goal in the final of Euro 2008.
And despite playing with the likes of world-beaters Xavi, Andres Iniesta and Frank Lampard, it's his former Liverpool team mate Steven Gerrard who was the pick of the bunch.
Torres told TeamTalk: "I always say the best player I played with is Steven Gerrard.

“I think my level got into a different dimension when I was on the pitch with him.
“It was an amazing three-and-a-half years playing alongside Steven and I would love to go back to those days - even for one minute.”
