Antonio Conte on star player: “He can become one of the worlds best”
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has heaped praise on striker Alvaro
Morata by claiming he could become on of the best in the world.
Conte, speaking to the press before today’s Champions League group
stage game against Atletico in the Bridges, showered praise on his number nine [Alvaro Morata].
The 25-year-old has taken to life at Stamford Bridge and it’s believed he has settled in London, despite earlier reports of unrest.
Conte, meanwhile, also heaped praise on Morata’s fellow Spaniard teammate Cesc Fabregas.

“Alvaro is very happy to play for Chelsea, and I’m very happy to have a player like him.The Spain international has scored 10 goals for the Blues since joining from Real Madrid for £58m in July, and has sparked a great partnership with Eden Hazard.
“For Alvaro, it’s his first season to play regularly and he is showing he is a great striker.
“He has a lot of room for improvement.
“He can become one of the best strikers in the world.”

“I think Cesc at the start of the last season did not play a lot, but I was very happy because through work he tried to change my mind and it happened.Chelsea will be aiming to beat Atletico Madrid at Stamford Bridge as a win would guarantee top spot in their group C in the Champions League.
“He was very important for us to win the title last season. In this season he has continued to work very hard and he’s shown me great commitment, great behaviours.”
