Antonio Conte has admitted that he doesn’t yet know when Eden Hazard will be able to make his return to action for Chelsea.
The Belgian international has not featured during pre-season as he recovers from an ankle injury he suffered on international duty following the end of the domestic season.
Conte has admitted that he cannot give a time frame of when Hazard will make his return to action for the Stamford Bridge outfit.
When asked about Hazard at his pre-match news conference on Friday afternoon, Conte replied: “It’s difficult to give a time or a date. Difficult, difficult.”

The 26-year-old will be hoping to make his return to action in the coming weeks, and the playmaker has been working hard on his fitness levels at Chelsea’s Cobham training base over the summer.
