Madrid, reports claim Chelsea are set to make a bid for Lorenzo Insigne
Chelsea are apparently plotting a £45m move for Lorenzo Insigne amid fears of losing Eden Hazard to Real Madrid.
Even though Hazard has admitted he is happy in London, Real Madrid are still determined to steal him away from Stamford Bridge.
And other Chelsea FC news reports are claiming a ‘massive bid’ from Madrid is being prepared to push the Blues into selling one of their best players.
However, Chelsea have apparently offered Hazard the chance to become the Chelsea’s highest-paid player with a £300,000-a-week contract, but the deal is yet to be signed.
And more Chelsea FC News outlets claim Napoli star Insigne has been a target of Conte’s and has offered to pay around £45m for his services.
Contact has also apparently been made with the player’s representatives as Chelsea will bid to double his wages to £200,000-a-week.
Insigne scored 20 goals and provided 12 assists for Napoli last term as the Serie A side finishing third.
